| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT引导下对兔肺癌模型活检针经皮肺组织检查时并发症的发生概率。方法成功建立41只兔肺癌模型,至肺部肿瘤长至直径1 cm,每只家兔在CT引导下实施经皮肺活检针检活检5次,总共205次,统计及分析并发症的概率。结果 41只兔肺癌模型中,19只发生并发症（46.3%）,其中7只发生单纯气胸,5只发生单纯胸腔出血,7只出现胸腔出血合并气胸的情况。总计14只发生气胸（34.2%）,共有12只发生胸腔出血（29.3%）。结论活检针经皮肺组织检查在兔肺癌模型可行,但出血、气胸并发率高。提示应用在人肺癌患者多次穿针时应根据患者情况谨慎选择,尽量避免并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the occurrence probability of complications caused by CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy in rabbit model.Methods Forty-one rabbit lung cancer models were successfully established.Each rabbit was percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy by 5 times after the lung tumor grew to diameter of 1 cm,total of 205 times.The probability of complications were counted and analyzed.Results After biopsy in 41 rabbits,complications occurred in 19 cases（46.3%）,including 7 case of simple pneumothorax,5 cases of simple pulmonary hemorrhage and 7 cases of complication of pulmonary hemorrhage and pneumothorax.Totally,14 cases were pneumothorax（34.2%）,and 12 cases were pulmonary hemorrhage（29.3%）.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy in rabbit model is viable.The results suggest that CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy is cautious in human lung cancer patients to avoid the occurrence of complications. |
