| 摘 要： | 目的：评价3种用药方案治疗小儿肺炎的经济学效果。方法：采用回顾性研究方法,将120例肺炎患儿按治疗时所选的抗菌药物分为A（头孢甲肟组）、B（头孢唑肟组）、C（头孢美唑组）3组,观察其疗效并进行成本-效果分析。结果：A、B、C 3组的成本分别为481.6、282.8、418.6元;临床有效率分别为90%、85%、77.5%（P〉0.05）;成本-效果比（C/E）分别为535.11、332.71、540.13;A、C组相对于B组的增量成本-效果比（ΔC/ΔE）分别为3 976.00、1 810.67。结论：B组方案较经济,但C组为最佳方案。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the pharmacoeconomic efficacy of three therapeutic schemes in the treatment of pneumonia in children.METHODS：By a retrospective study,according to the treatment of selected antimicrobial agents,a total of 120 children with pneumonia were to Group A（cefmenoxime）,Group B（ceftizoxime） or Group C（cefmetazole）,with therapeutic efficacy observed and cost-effectiveness analysis performed.RESULTS：The costs of the three schemes were 481.6,282.8 and 418.6 yuan,respectively,with clinical effective rates of 90%,85% and 77.5%,respectively（P0.05） and the cost-effectiveness ratios of 535.11,332.71 and 540.13,respectively.The incremental cost-effectiveness ratios of Group A and Group C as against Group B were 3 976.00 and 1 810.67,respectively.CONCLUSION：Scheme B is more economical but scheme C is optimal for treatment of pneumonia in children. |
