八里庄社区成年人健康意识及健康行为调查

目的了解北京市八里庄社区成年居民健康意识及健康行为，为社区健康教育策略提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法，抽取八里庄社区18岁以上居民1491名进行问卷调查，完成问卷调查居民1408名。结果社区居民健康知识平均知晓率为65．60％；主动获取保健知识的人数为1005名（80．79％）；随年龄增长主动获取健康知识人数呈显著增加趋势（z=21．745，P〈0．001）；社区居民对自己身高、体质量、血压的知晓率较高，分别为96．76％、95．37％以及82．68％；每年进行健康体检的居民比例仅为47．95％。结论北京八里庄社区居民自我保健意识较高，但健康知识水平较低。应根据居民特点，采取有针对性的健康教育和健康促进措施，提高居民的健康素质。

Survey of health consciousness and health behaviors of community residents in Balizhuang community

Objective To understand the health consciousness and health behaviors of Balizhuang community residents in Beijing City, in order to provide foundation for strategies of community health education. Methods A total of 1 491 cases of residents aged 18 and above were investigated in this study by cluster random sampling method. Question- naire survey were completely performed in 1 408 residents. Results Among all residents, the average awareness rate of health knowledge was 65.60%. There was 1 005 residents （80.79%） got health knowledge actively. The number of residents got health knowledge actively increased with age significantly （z = 21.745, P 〈 0.001）. The awareness rates of height, weight and blood pressure among residents were high, which was 96.76%, 95.37% and 82.68% respectively. The rate of health examination by every year was only 47.95%. Conclusion Residents in Balizhuang community of Beijing City show strong health consciousness, hut the level of health knowledge is low. It is necessary to perform specific measures for health education and health promotion, according to the characteristics of the residents, in order to improve their physical constitution.
