| 摘 要： | 本文通过对骨科病房老年干部护理工作中的风险因素和特点进行分析总结,探讨军队医院骨科病房老年干部护理工作中的风险及对策,保障患者和护理人员的安全,并提出避免护理风险因素的关键是加强护理管理,增强护理人员的法制观念,严格落实规章制度和提高护理人员的综合素质,从而降低护理风险,提高护理质量,保证患者和护理人员自身的安全。

| Abstract: | This article through analysis and summary of risk factors and characteristics of nursing service for old retired cadre in orthopedics wards of military hospital,in order to investigate the risk factors and countermeasures of nursing service for old retired cadre in orthopedics wards of military hospital,ensure the safe of patients and nursing staffs.This article proposes the keys to avoid nursing risk were enhancement of nursing supervision,legal concept and comprehensive quality of nursing staffs,strict implementation of rules and regulations.Thereby,to degrade the nursing risk,elevate quality of care,and ensure the security of patients and nursing staffs. |
