| 摘 要： | 目的分析垂体柄阻断综合征的MRI影像表现,提高对其的认识及诊断水平。方法回顾性分析7例垂体柄阻断综合征患者的影像学及临床资料。结果 7例生长发育迟缓患者中MRI均未见垂体柄显示,垂体窝内垂体后叶高信号均消失,腺垂体体积变小,神经垂体异位于视交叉漏斗隐窝。结论垂体柄阻断综合征在MRI具有特征性表现,是无创诊断垂体柄阻断综合征的最佳方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the MRI image features of pituitary stalk interruption syndrome,in order to improve the knowledge and diagnostic level of this disease.Methods The imaging and clinical data of 7 patients with pituitary stalk interruption syndrome were analyzed retrospectively.Results Pituitary stalks were not shown in MRI among all 7 growth retardation patients,the high signal intensity of posterior lobe in ephippium disappeared,while adenohypophysis volume became small,and neurohypophysis located in funnel fossae of neural cross.Conclusion There is specific performance of pituitary stalk interruption syndrome in MRI.MRI is the most valuable noninvasive method for diagnosis of pituitary stalk interruption syndrome. |
