中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎的临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法将我院120例反流性食管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予兰索拉唑胶囊30 mg,每晚1次口服,莫沙比利片5 mg,每日3次口服。治疗组在给予兰索拉唑胶囊治疗的基础上加服枳术宽中胶囊1.29 g,每日3次口服。两组均治疗2个月后,比较临床疗效。随访8个月,比较复发情况。结果两组患者临床症状均明显缓解,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为91.7%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;胃镜下总有效率对照组为96.7%,治疗组为100.0%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;随访后治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎疗效确切,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of integrative chinese and western medicine on reflux esophagitis

Objective To study the effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine on reflux esophagitis.Methods 120 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Control group was given Lansoprazole 30 mg night time oral,Mosapride 5 mg,3 times a day.Treatment group was given oral Lansoprazole 30 mg night time,Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsule 1.29 g,3 times a day.Two groups were treated for two months,the clinical effects were compared.The patients enrolled in the study will be followed for 8 months,and the recrudescence condition was compared.Results The rates of efficacy of treatment group and control group were 95.0% and 91.7%.There was no significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）.Endoscopic efficiency of the control group was 96.7% and 100.0% in the treatment group,the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）;the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The patients of two groups had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Treatment of integrative Chinese and western medicine on reflux esophagitis is effective,and the recurrence rate is low.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
