SDF-1/CXCR4表达与妊娠期高血压疾病及新生儿出生体重的关系

目的:研究胎盘中趋化因子SDF-1/CXCR4表达与妊娠期高血压疾病及新生儿出生体重之间的关系。方法:以10例妊娠期高血压患者为高血压组,10例轻度子痫前期患者为轻度子痫前期组,12例重度子痫前期患者为重度子痫前期组,35例正常产妇为对照组,以采用免疫组织化学法检测胎盘中SDF-1/CXCR4的表达强度,记录新生儿出生体重。结果:随着妊娠期高血压疾病病情加重,胎盘中SDF-1/CXCR4表达强度呈渐进性下降趋势,均低于对照组。对照组胎盘中SDF-1/CXCR4的表达与新生儿出生体重无统计学相关性。妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘中SDF-1、CXCR4的表达与新生儿出生体重有显著相关性。结论:胎盘中SDF-1、CXCR4表达强度变化与妊娠期高血压疾病发病及新生儿出生体重有重要关系。

The relationship between the expression of SDF-1/CXCR4 and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and birth weight of neonate

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of SDF-1/CXCR4 and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and birth weight of neonate.Methods:The 10 gestational hypertension patients were selected as hypertension group,10 mild pre-eclampsia patients were selected as mild pre-eclampsia group,12 severe pre-eclampsia patients were selected as severe pre-eclampsia group,35 term pregnant healthy women were selected as control group.The expression intension of SDF-1/CXCR4 in placenta were measured by Immunohistochemical method The birth weight of neonates were recorded.Results:Along with the aggravation of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,the expression intension of SDF-1/CXCR4 in placenta were gradually decreasing in those groups,and were lower than the control group.The expression of SDF-1/CXCR4 in placenta of control group had no relationship with birth weight of neonates.The expression of SDF-1/CXCR4 in placenta of patients of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy had remarkable relationship with birth weight of neonates.Conclusion:The variety of the expression intension of SDF-1/CXCR4 in placenta has an important relationship with the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and birth weight of neonate.
