腹腔镜手术对有生育要求异位妊娠患者的疗效观察

目的观察腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗有生育要求的异位妊娠患者的疗效。方法将我院收治的有生育要求的异位妊娠患者147例分为两组，对照组73例行传统开腹手术，观察组74例行腹腔镜手术，两组均同时使用甲氨蝶呤（MTX）和米非司酮药物配合治疗。比较两组术后肛门排气时间、术后β-HCG降至正常时间、住院时间、输卯管通畅率和24个月内宫内妊娠率。结果观察组与对照组比较，术后肛门排气时间、住院时间、输卵管通畅率和24个月内官内妊娠率差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；两组术后β-HCG降至正常时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对于有再生育要求的异位妊娠患者，腹腔镜手术较传统开腹手术更具优势，可作为优选治疗方案进行推广。

Clinical observation of ectopic pregnancy patients with procreation demand undergoing laparoscopic surgery

Objective To observe the efficacy of ectopic pregnancy patients with procreation demand undergoing laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery. Methods In our hospital, 147 ectopic pregnancy patients with procre- ation demand were divided into observation group and control group, 73 patients of the control group underwent tradi- tional open surgery and 74 patients of the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery, all of the 147 patients were treated with MTX and Mifepristone. Postoperative flatus, the time of β-HCG dropped to normal, hospitalization time, tubal patency and intrauterine pregnancy rate in the 24 months were compared. Results Compared with the con- trol group, the difference was no statistically significant （P 〉 0.05） when the β-HCG recovery time was tested in ob- servation group, and it was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） on postoperative flatus, hospitalization time, tubal patency and intrauterine pregnancy rate in the 24 months. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is better than traditional open surgery when ectopic pregnancy patients with procreation demand, and it can be used as the preferred treatment pro- grams to promote.
