| 摘 要： | 目的探讨18F-FDG双时相显影在肺结节性病灶诊断与鉴别诊断的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析43例18F-FDG双时相显影且经病理证实的肺结节性病例。其中男性31例,女性12例,年龄38～84岁。使用18F-FDG行全身或肺部PET/CT及双时相病灶扫描,依据PET图像、CT图像、PET/CT融合图像进行综合性分析。结果 43例肺结节性病灶的病例中,双时相显影诊断肺癌26例,病理证实23例;诊断可疑肺癌8例,病理证实5例;诊断良性病变9例,病理证实8例。结论对于肺结节性病灶,应用18F-FDG双时相显影可提高诊断的准确性。
