| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷（DNHC）的发病诱因,代谢指标和基础疾病与预后的关系。方法对我院内分泌科2006～2011年期间收治的22例老年DNHC患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年DNHC的主要诱因为感染,占45.4%。老年DNHC患者的预后与基础疾病积分、休克及急性肾功能衰竭呈显著负相关（P〈0.05）。结论早期确诊和及时正确的治疗是降低老年DNHC病死率的关键。加强糖尿病教育,保持血糖长期良好控制是降低老年DNHC病死率的根本。
