| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急诊PCI联合运用主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）在高危急性心肌梗死（AMI）中的应用价值。方法收集从2008—2010年因AMI急诊人住我科的高危人群，急诊行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）58例，根据是否使用IABP分为两组，对比分析两组临床资料、血管病变情况、术后6个月心血管病事件等。结果IABP组PCI术后并发症、发生率、平均住院日及术后6个月心血管病事件发生率均低于或短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论IABP在高危AMI患者中的应用安全、有效，值得广泛推广应用。
