摘    要:目的 建立测定羟乙基淀粉中2种有机溶剂残留量的顶空气相色谱法。方法检测器为FID检测器,色谱柱为DB-FFAP毛细管柱(30m×0.53mm,1.5μm),进样口温度为180℃,柱温为90℃,检测器温度为250℃。结果甲醇和环氧乙烷质量浓度线性范围分别为0.12~3.00mg/mL和0.0004~0.01mg/mL,可同时测定2组分。结论该方法操作简单,结果准确、可靠。

Abstract:Objective To establish a headspace GC method for the determination of the residual organic solvents in hydroxyethyl starch. Methods The residual organic solvents were quantitatively determined by headspaee GC with the FID detector, he capillary column was DB-FFAP. The injector temperature was 180 ℃ ,the column temperature was 90 ℃ ,and the detector temperature was 250 ℃. Results Methaol and ethylene oxide linear in the range of concentrations 0. 12-3.00 mg/mL and 0.000 4-0.01 mg/mL, simultaneous determination. Conclusion The proposed method is easily operative,simple,accurate and rapid with good sensitivity.
