| 摘 要： | １９８５～１９９３年对４３例脑血管病及脑肿瘤患者应用介入神经放射治疗方法进行了５１次治疗，包括外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的球囊栓塞治疗８例；脑、脊髓血管畸形的栓塞治疗１７例；各种脑肿瘤术前栓塞７例；经皮穿刺血管内成型治疗脑供血动脉狭窄３例和脑胶质瘤超选择化疗８例，效果良好，介入神经放射治疗已成为重要的临床治疗手段，是某些脑血管疾病的首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | During 1985 to 1993, 43 cases were undergone interventional neuroradiotherapyfor 51 times. In 8 cases,traumatic carotid cavernous fistula(CCF)was treated by detach-able balloon.In 24 cases ,rteriovenous malformations(AVM)of brain or spinal cord andtumors were occluded.3 cases of stenosis of supra-aortic arteries were treated by percuta-neous transluminal angioplasty (PTA),and 8 cases of brain glioma were treated by super-select artery infusion. |
