| 摘 要： | 比较二巯基丙磺酸钠与亚甲兰对杀虫脒急性中毒动物的保护作用,结果表明:1、该两解毒剂对杀虫脒急性中毒小鼠和大鼠都有非常显著的保护作用(P<0.01),二巯基丙磺酸钠保护作用优于亚甲兰(P <0.05)。2、二巯基丙磺酸钠对高铁血红蛋白症并无拮抗作用,提示该药对杀虫脒的解毒作用机理不同于亚甲兰。

| Abstract: | A comparison of protective effects between sodium dimercapto-propane sulphanate (DMPS) and methylene blue (MB) on acute poisoning with chlordimeforrn was made in animals. The results show that both DMPS and MB have a significant protective effects on acute poisoning with chlordimeform in mice and rats (P<0.01) , and the protective effects of DMPS is superior to that of MB ( P<0.05 ) . DMPS has no antagonistic effect on methenoglobinemia induced by sodium nitrite. The mechanism of the protective effects of DMPS is quite different from that of MB. |
