| 摘 要： | 目的提高对病案复印重要性认识,加强归档病案管理,防范医疗纠纷。方法分析2676份归档病案要求复印的对象、用途。结果由患者本人申请复印的有1252份,由家属申请复印的有1236份,由保险、司法部门等申请复印的有188份。结论加强病案复印管理,是保护病人隐私,维护医患和谐,保证医疗安全的有效措施。
