摘    要:为了克服ELISA和固相放射免疫(SPRIA)试验中存在的某些问题,Braolburne等1979年利用抗体致敏红血球作为显示剂,设计了固相血球凝聚(SPACE)系统,即先用抗体包被聚苯乙烯血凝滴定板,洗板后加检材(抗原)结合,然后加抗体致敏红血球作用,根据血球凝聚(固相吸附)

Abstract:The system of solid phase agregation of coupled erythrocytes has been reported by Bradburne AF et al. It may not be popularly accepted in China at present because of the difficulty in getting the special microplates and the subjectivity of result determination. This paper reports a modified procedure with the use of 40-wells polystyrene mocroplates (popularly used in ELISA ) and an objective colorimetric method for the determination of the results.By the detection of type A botulinum toxin and toxin-contaminated foods, it is shown that this modified system is specific and is slightly more sensitive than ELISA or RPHA, with the minimal detectable concentration of 8-16 ng/ml of type A toxin of Clostridium botuliunm. The modified procedure is more available, more rapid and more objective and accurate. Under suitable conditions, this procedure may also be used in other antigen-antibody systems
