纳米渗漏与粘接耐久性的研究

摘    要:粘接耐久性关系到粘接修复的远期临床效果,而混合层的质量对粘接耐久性至关重要。纳米渗漏可用于评价粘接剂封闭能力和混合层质量,近年来在粘接耐久性的研究中显示了重要的作用。本文就纳米渗漏的概念、形态、纳米渗漏与粘接耐久性的关系以及加强粘接耐久性的研究等方面作一综述。

Abstract:Bonding durability relates to the long-term clinical effectiveness of bonding restoration. The quality of hybrid layer is much important to bonding durability. Nanoleakage may be used to evaluate the sealing ability of adhesives and the quality of hybrid layer. Recently it has played an important role in the research on bonding durability. This review includes the concept and modes of nanoleakage, the relationship between nanoleakage and bonding durability, the research on strengthing bonding durability, and so on.
