磁共振尿路成像的临床应用

目的探讨磁共振尿路成像（MRU）的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析32例MRU检查及静脉肾盂造影检查资料，其中女性17例，男性15例，平均年龄55岁。尿路正常5例，肾脏病变10例，输尿管病变10例，膀胱病变7例。结果所有病例MRU均清晰显示肾盂肾盏、输尿管及膀胱，且可提供三维立体图像。对肾脏和输尿管病变，MRU和IVP的诊断准确率无显著差异，对膀胱病变，MRU的诊断准确率显著高于IVP检查。结论MRU对尿路病变的显示优于常规IVP检查，且具有省时、无辐射、无需注射造影剂等优势，有着重要的临床应用价值。

Clinical Application of Magnetic Resonance Urography

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of MR Urography. Methods Thirty two cases of MR Urography, comparing with intravenous pyelography, were retrospectively analyzed. In 32 cases, there were 15 males and 17 females, with the mean age 55 years old. For all cases, normal urinary tract were tbund in 5, renal lesions in 10, uretcry lesions in 10, and bladder Icsions in 7. Results The kidney, ureter, and bladder were clearly displayed by MRU in all cases, with a three-dimention demonstration. For renal and uretery lesions, the diagnostic accuracy of MRU was no less than of IVP examination. For bladder lesions, the diagnostic accuracy of MRU was significantly higher than of IVP. Conclusion MRU have an advantage of time saving, no dradiation, and no need of contrast media injection comparing with routine IVP examination, and is valuable for clinical application.
