| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了用气相色谱法测定脑脊液和脑组织中丙戊酸（VPA）浓度。通过线性关系、重复性及回收率试验证明本方法简单、迅速、可靠，稳定性和重复性好，适用于VPA的科研和临床药物监测的微量分析。

| Abstract: | The determination of Valproate in Cerebrospinal fluid and grain tissue of dogs was performed with gas chromatography. After verifications with recovery and reproducibility experiments. this method was proved to be simple to perform and reliable. It is suggested that this method be used to study and monitor the therapeutic efficacy of valproate. |
