宫颈疾病Leep刀环形切除术临床分析

目的探讨Leep刀切除术治疗宫颈疾病的可行性和安全性。方法对126例经妇科检查、阴道镜检查、宫颈液基细胞检查及活检诊断为各种宫颈疾病的患者均采用Leep刀环形切除术,手术后标本送病理检查,同时观察患者术中反应、术中出血量、手术时间、术后修复,随访6个月。结果 Leep刀环形切除术平均出血量3～10 mL,平均手术时间2～6 min,无继发出血及感染,无宫颈管狭窄和粘连,月经正常,治疗宫颈疾病总有效率84.13%,宫颈修复好,标本经病理学检查确诊。结论 Leep刀环形切除术治疗宫颈疾病便易、安全、可不住院、经济,也适用于基层医院,治愈率高,可提供病理学诊断,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Analysis of Leep Knife-Loop Excision Cervical Disease

Objective To investigate the Leep knife excision of cervical disease, the feasibility and safety. Methods One hundred and twenty six patients were provided by gynecological exami- nation,colposcopy,cervical liquid-based cytology, and biopsy, and was diagnosed of a variety of cervical outpatient or inpatient disease. They were operated on by using Leep knife ring resection. Specimens were sent to pathological examination after surgery, while observing the reaction of patients with surgery, blood loss, operative time, postoperative rehabilitation, and had 6-month fol- low-up. Results The average blood volume of Leep knife-loop excision was 3 - 10 mL and the average operation time was 2 - 6 min. There was no secondary bleeding and infection,no cervical canal stenosis and adhesions, and normal menstruation. The effective rate was 84. 13%, cervical repair is good,specimens could be diagnosed by pathological examination. Conclusion Leep knife circular resection of cervical disease would be easy, safe, may from time to hospitalization, econo- my,and also apply to the grass-roots hospitals. It is a high cure rate,providing pathological diagnosis, worthy to be widely used.
