2005年下呼吸道细菌分布特点分析及耐药性分析

目的下呼吸道感染是东北地区的常见病，但是由于细菌耐药性的增加，给临床用药带来困难，导致“误诊”。通过分析两家医院2005年下呼吸道细菌的分布及其体外药物敏感性，对临床经验性用药做出指导。方法细菌鉴定采用API系统和手工法，药敏试验采用K—B法，结果判定按NCCIS标准执行。结果分离出的细菌中以革兰氏阴性菌为主，其中以铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯菌为主，革兰氏阳性菌中以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌较为常见；碳青霉烯类抗菌药的耐药率最低，头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类可根据药敏结果作为临床使用首选药。结论有条件的省市应该建立起自己的微生物药物质控部门，汇总当地质控工作做得较好的单位的药敏结果，对临床医生用药做出指导。
