孕早期血浆脂连素与妊娠期糖尿病关系研究

目的探讨孕早期血浆脂连素浓度与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)发生的关系。方法选择2005年1月至2006年2月就诊的初孕妇120例,其中GDM孕妇50例,正常孕妇(NGT)70例,用放射免疫的方法测定两组孕妇孕早期血浆脂连素浓度。结果NGT、GDM组的血浆脂连素浓度分别为(10.8±2.6)μg/ml、(6.8±3.1)μg/ml。血浆脂连素浓度低于7.0μg/ml时GDM的发生率增加5.3倍,血浆脂连素浓度每降低1μg/ml,发生GDM的几率增加22%。结论孕早期母体脂连素浓度降低增加了GDM的发生率。

The Study of the Relationship Beteenlow Maternal Plasma Adiponectin in Earlypregnancy and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To investigate the relationship beteenlow maternal plasma adiponectin in earlypregnancy and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Radio immunoassay was used to measure the adiponectin levels at fasting in 50 patients with GDM,and also in 70 normal pregnant women.Results The serumadiponectin levels in pregnant women with GDM and normal pregnant women were (10.8±2.6)μg/ml and (6.8±3.1)μg/ml respectively,suggesting the serum adiponectin levels were significantly lower inpregnant women with GDM than controls.Women with adiponectin concentrations less than 7.0 μg/ml experienced a 5.3-fold increased risk of GDM,as compared with those with higher concentrations.We noted that the risk of GDM inceased by 22% for each 1 μg/ml decrease in maternal plasma adiponectin concentration.Conclusion Low maternal plasma adiponectin in earlypregnancy increase the incidence of GDM.
