| 摘 要： | 骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）为一组恶性克隆性造血干／祖细胞疾病，近年来有关MDS的治疗取得了较大的进展，包括免疫抑制剂治疗、化学治疗、造血干细胞移植以及抑制MDS克隆的药物治疗等，就MDS干预性治疗以及疗效作一概述。 |

| Abstract: | Myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS) is a malignant disease of hematopoietic stem cell / progenitor cell clones. Therapies of MDS including immuno-suppressive drugs, chemotherapy, hemopoietic stem cell transplantation and drugs suppressing malignant clones have improved much in recent years. This review is about intervention therapy of MDS and the therapy effect. |
