100例颅骨视神经管及其周围关系的观察与测量

采用100个颅底(水平锯开颅顶),对视神经管进行测量,全长均值男11.0mm,女10.46mm;眶口的直径均值男4.48mm,女4.92mm;眶口横径均值男4.13mm,女3.38mm.视神经管口前缘点至眼眶前缘上、下、内、外四壁各点的距离均值分别为:男8.87、6.50、8.89、8.82mm;女8.72、6.00、8.22、7.35mm.视神经管眶口内侧缘中点至筛前孔、筛后孔、内眦部眶缘的距离均值分别为男34.4、20.7、43.96mm;女31.42、19.94、42.97mm.颅正中矢状轴与视神经管中轴的夹角均值男37.42度,女36.44度.两侧视神经管眶口均值男29.45mm,女27.51mm.并对眶口和颅口的形态进行了观察和测量.

OBSERVATION AND MEASUREMENT OF OPTIC CANAL AND THEIR SURROUNDINGS IN 100 SKULLS

One hundred skull were studied.The results were as follows:the mean length of the optic canal was 11.00mm for male and about 10.46mm for female;the mean diameter of the orbital orifices 4.48mm for male and 4.92mm for female;the mean transverse diameter of the orbital orifices 4.13mm for male and 3.38mm for female;the mean distance from the anterior border of the optic cnaal to the superior,inferior,interior and exterior walls of the anterior border of the orbit 8.87mm,6.50mm,8.80mm,8.82mm for male and 8.72mm,6.00mm 8.22mm,7.35mm for female respectively;the mean distance from the middle point of the median border in the optic canal to the posterior and anterior ethmoid foramen and inner canthus 34.4mm,20.7mm,43.96mm for male and 31.42mm,19.94mm,42.97mm for female;the mean buccal angle between the sagittal axis of skull median and the middle axis of optic canal 37.42 degrees for male and 36.44 degrees for female;the mean cranial orifice of bilateral optic canals about 17.85mm for male and 17.8mm for female;and the mean orbital orifice of bilateral optic canals about 29.45mm for male and about 27.51mm for female.Besides,the shapes of the orbital and cranial orifices were observed and measured.
