不同社区卫生服务中心妇幼医疗预防保健服务质量的比较分析

目的了解不同来源和所有制的社区卫生服务中心妇幼医疗保健功能的完成情况,分析造成差异的原因。方法对40家城区社区卫生服务中心的妇幼医疗预防保健服务所涉及的预防、医疗、保健、康复、健康教育、计划生育技术服务等6个方面完成情况进行自行评分,运用Ridit方法对得分进行统计分析。结果与平均分(标准组)相比,由街道医院(一级医院)转型的社区卫生服务中心,医疗、康复服务得分和总得分低;全民所有制形式社区卫生服务中心,医疗、康复、计划生育服务得分和总得分高,差异均存在显著的统计学意义。结论政府要严格街道医院转为社区卫生服务中心的准入标准,注重加强其医疗技术力量和设备建设。全民所有制形式的社区卫生服务中心服务质量高,有能力开展更多的社区妇幼医疗保健服务项目。

Analyzing Comparatively Maternal and Children Health Care Service Quality in Different Origin and Ownership Community Health Service Center

OBJECTIVE To find out service quality of community maternal and children health care in condition of different origin and ownership,and to reveal the regularity on them. METHOD The service quality of maternal and children health care were investigated with questionnaire by quantitative and qualitative methods about medical treatment,health prevention,health care,health education,rehabilitation,and the guidance of family planning in 40 community health centers. The scores of service quality were evaluated by CHC themselves,count up and analyzed by Ridit analysis. RESULT The service quality scores of the primary-degree hospitals were lower respectively than these of the second-degree hospitals and these of enterpriser-hospitals.The service quality scores of the state-owned hospitals were higher respectively than scores of collective hospitals and scores of private hospitals.These were significant difference among them. CONCLUSIONS The government should confine strictly the standard during the course of primary-degree hospitals transforming to community health centers,and help them to strengthen their technique level,and enhance to administer private hospitals further.The stated-owned hospitals had capable of taking on more services items of maternal and children health care in community.
