氟骨症是由于在高氟环境中生活而引起慢性氟中毒所形成的一系列骨关节等损害性疾病,其中黄韧带骨化是引起胸腰椎管狭窄的主要原因。影像学表现是诊断氟中毒性脊髓压迫症的重要依据,也是确定治疗过程中手术部位的重要依据。本病保守治疗无效,一般采用后路或旁路椎板切除减压术。

Skeletal fluorosis is a series of harmful disease of bone and joint caused of fluoride poisoning in the environment of high fluorine,OLF is the cause of thoracic and lumbar spinal stenosis among it.Compressive myelopathy of chronic fluorine poisoning is based on the imaging characteristics which definite operative site is based on.The conservation therapy of skeletal fluorosis is ineffective,operation is usually adopted to lateral or posterior decompression procedure.
