导乐与笑气吸入分娩镇痛的临床观察

目的探讨导乐与笑气吸入分娩镇痛的疗效及对母婴的影响。方法选择180例产妇分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规待产护理和产科处理措施，观察组除给予导乐陪伴和笑气吸入，其他处理措施同对照组。比较两组的产痛程度、总产程时间、第一产程活跃期时间、产后出血量、分娩方式、新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组的产痛程度显著减轻；观察组的总产程时间及第一产程活跃期时间显著缩短；观察组自然分娩率显著增高；两组产后出血量及新生儿Apgar评分无差异。结论导乐与笑气吸入分娩镇痛效果好，缩短产程，降低剖宫产率，使用简单安全，是一种理想的分娩镇痛方法。

Clinical observation and nursing of Doula delivery combining with nitrous oxide aspiration analgesia

Objective To study the influence of Doula delivery combining with nitrous oxide aspiration analgesia on mothers and infants. Methods 180 cases of pregnant women were divided into two groups. The study group accepted additional Doula delivery combining with nitrous oxide aspiration analgesia as well as other routine nursing procedures which was done with control group. Results The pain intensity of the study group was obviously lower than that of the control group. The first and total stages of the study group were significantly shorter than that of the control group. There were no significant differences in delivery mode, the volume of postpartum hemorrhage and APGARS of the neonates. Conclusion Doula delivery combining with nitrous oxide aspiration analgesia is a safe and effective method for the pain relief during labor.
