| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者子宫内膜形态和病理改变及其与性激素和肥胖的关系。方法 12例PCOS不孕患者(PCOS组)经过促排卵治疗后,与7例健康妇女对照组(自然周期)均在着床窗口期观察子宫内膜超声形态学改变,同时取子宫内膜活检观察其病理状态,并研究其与性激素、肥胖的关系。结果 (1)研究对象子宫内膜病理比较:PCOS组间质反应不良和分泌反应欠佳发生率均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)超声观察着床窗口期子宫内膜厚度,PCOS组略低于健康对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A型内膜出现率,PCOS组低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCOS患者子宫内膜的形态和病理均发生了改变,导致子宫内膜容受性缺陷,从而影响胚胎着床。
