741例妇产科就诊者支原体分离及药敏试验

目的：了解妇科门诊阴道炎、宫颈炎患者的支原体感染状况以及对常用抗菌药物的药敏分析，为临床治疗支原体感染抗生素的选择提供参考核依据。方法：采用支原体培养鉴定和药敏试剂盒，对741例妇产科白带增多、外阴瘙痒，确诊为阴道炎、宫颈炎患者的生殖道分泌物进行支原体培养鉴定以及体外药物敏感性试验。结果：支原体阳性率为69．94％，其中解脲支原体阳671性（90．55％），解脲支原体与人型支原体混合感染70例（9．48％）。药敏实验显示解脲支原体单项或混合感染时低浓度感染者耐药株少，高浓度解脲支原体感染时环丙沙星、氧氟沙星和罗红霉素仅对少数柱敏感，对交沙霉素、克拉霉素、美满霉素和强力霉素敏感的株达90％以上，高浓度解脲支原体与人型支原体混合感染时解脲支原体单项感染的抗生素的敏感率明显降低。结论：支原体为妇产科疾病的主要病原体，对多种抗生素产生耐药性，临床治疗应尽可能地进行支原体培养及药敏试验。
