| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病发生的易患因素及病因,高压氧治疗的机制及治疗时应注意的事项。方法对42例一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者进行高压氧治疗并辅助药物治疗,治疗前后分别对患者进行脑电图、临床疗效分析。结果高压氧治疗平均32.8次/例,治疗后复查脑电图,33例有改善,治疗总有效率90.1%。结论以高压氧为主的综合治疗对于一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病疗效确切可靠,脑电图可指导临床治疗判定疗效并可作为随访的指标。
