摘    要:目的探讨经鼻应用降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后大脑皮层血小板内皮细胞粘附分子-1(CD31/PECAM-1)表达的影响。方法将SPF级雄性Wistar大鼠随机分入正常对照组、SAH组、经鼻生理盐水(NS)+SAH、经鼻CGRP+SAH组。用枕大池两次注入自体动脉血法制作SAH模型,CGRP和NS经鼻腔给予。于第二次枕大池注血后3d,将大鼠经心灌注生理盐水后取脑制作冰冻切片,用免疫荧光结合激光共聚焦显微镜检测大脑皮层CD31/PECAM-1表达。结果行为学和解剖学观察证实大鼠SAH模型制作成功。第二次枕大池注血后3d,SAH组和经鼻NS+SAH组大鼠大脑皮层CD31/PECAM-1表达增多,经鼻CGRP+SAH组大鼠大脑皮层CD31/PECAM-1表达进一步增强。结论经鼻应用CGRP可促进SAH后大脑皮层CD31/PECAM-1表达,从而在一定程度上促进血管新生,减轻继发性脑缺血。
