原子荧光光度法测定富硒大米中总硒含量的方法探讨

摘    要:采用原子荧光光度法为分析方法,用标准曲线法对富硒大米中的总硒进行定量分析。试验结果表明:平均加标回收率84.6%,线性范围为0~10μg/L,r=0.9999,检出限为0.6μg/kg,方法简便、准确、快速,可用于富硒大米中硒的精确测定。

Abstract:To establish a method for determination of Selenium in Rice by AFS.The standard curve method was used for the quantitative detection of Selenium in Rice.The recovery was 84.6%,the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0~10 μg/L,r=0.9999.The detection was 0.6 μg/kg.The method is simple,fast,sensitive and accurate.It can be applied to the analysis of Selenium in Rice
