| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对贵州省碘缺乏病(IDD)健康教育与健康促进现况进行分析,探讨适合我省实际情况的IDD健康教育与健康促进的模式与对策。方法:按照《实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核评估方案》,2010年在全省88个县采用随机抽样方法抽取9个县进行抽查评估。结果:9个县能按项目要求开展健教活动;五年级学生IDD防治知识知晓率均在80%以上;对人体缺碘的最主要危害认识稍有欠缺,平均值为86.52%,平坝县仅为52.67%、福泉市为72.67%。结论:通过健教干预,学生IDD防治知识知晓率得到提高,"小手牵大手"的社会实践活动促进该项目的开展;但是也存在一些薄弱环节,学生对IDD的最大的危害——智力的损伤认识不足,提示今后在健康教育与健康促进工作中,要有重点、有针对性。
