| 摘 要： | 目的：联合使用真丝线段和α－氰基烯酸正丁酯（NBCA）栓塞治疗脑动静脉畸形（AVM）。方法：均经股动脉插管，先用真丝线段栓塞，再根据畸形血管团的大小及动静脉循环时间将NBCA调配成适当浓度，栓塞AVM。结果：较小的AVM一次栓塞后完全消失，大型AVM栓塞范围达80％。结论：单独使用真丝线段栓塞脑AVM，有线段漂移造成复发之虞；单独使用NBCA栓塞大型AVM，对于其浓度和注射速度不易掌握，可能出现栓塞引流静脉和过度灌注综合症，而联合使用常能将AVM完全栓塞，并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective The silk thread and N butyl cyanoacrylate (NBCA) were combined to embolize the cerebral arteriovenous malformation(AVM).Methods All cases were intubated via femoral arteries.The silk thread was used first and then NBCA was injected to embolize the AVM with proper concentration according to the size of the nudus and circulation time from artery to vein.Results Small AVM disappeared after single emboliztion while the big AVM was embolized with 80% of area.Conclusion Using silk thread alone might make the thread drifting.It is hard to control the concentration and injection speed of NBCA when it was used only to embolize the big AVM.But combined application of the two approaches can lead to complete embolization,and thus results in few complcations. |
