腹针治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期肌张力增高疗效观察

目的观察腹针治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期肢体肌张力增高的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准及纳入标准的90例受试者按随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组各45例。治疗组采用腹针法治疗,对照组采用传统针刺法治疗。每日1次,每周连续治疗5次,休息2 d,连续治疗6周,共计治疗30次。治疗前后对受试者采用改良Ashworth痉挛评级（MAS）、临床痉挛指数（CSI）量表及简化的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表（FMA）、临床结局评价量表（PRO）进行评定。结果 MAS、CSI、FMA、PRO量表,治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,说明2组在降低肢体肌张力、肢体功能改善、运动功能改善方面均有疗效。治疗后2组间比较,差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,说明治疗组在降低肢体肌张力、肢体功能改善、运动功能改善方面疗效优于对照组。结论腹针治疗缺血性中风恢复期肌张力增高疗效确切,且优于传统针刺。

Curative effect of abdominal acupuncture on hypermyotonia in recovery stage of ischemia stroke

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture on hypermyotonia in recovery stage of ischemia stroke.Methods The patients（n=90） being eligible to diagnostic and internalized criterion were divided into treatment group and control group（each n=45） according to random digits table.The treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture and control was treated with traditional acupuncture once a day for 5 times and then resting for 2 d in each week.The treatment was continued for 6 w for totally 30 times.All patients were reviewed with modified Ashworth scale（MAS）,clinical spasm index scale（CSI）,simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment scale（FMA） and patient reported outcomes（PRO）.Results The difference in MAS,CSI,FMA and PRO had statistical significance compared within the same group before and after treatment（P〈0.05）,which indicated that there were curative effects on limb muscular tension,limb function and motor function in 2 groups.The comparison between 2 groups showed statistical difference after treatment（P〈0.05）,which indicated that the curative effects were better in treatment group than those in control group.Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture has reliable curative effect on hypermyotonia in recovery stage of ischemia stroke,and its effect is better than that of traditional acupuncture.
