天麻素联合异丙嗪治疗颈性眩晕的临床观察

目的：探讨天麻素注射液联合异丙嗪治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将63例颈性眩晕患者随机分为两组，两组基础治疗相同，对照组31例患者采用天麻素注射液进行治疗，观察组32例患者采用天麻素注射液联合异丙嗪进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效和临床症状消失时间。结果治疗后，观察组总有效率为96.87％，明显高于对照组的87.10％（P＜0.05）；观察组临床症状如眩晕、耳蜗症状、自主神经症状、前庭功能受损等消失时间均明显早于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论天麻素注射液联合异丙嗪治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著，有利于患者早日康复。
