| 摘 要： | 目的探讨硫酸镁联合复方异丙托溴铵气雾剂（商品名：可必特）治疗小儿支气管哮喘（以下简称哮喘）的有效性、安全性及护理方法。方法将40例哮喘急性发作的患儿随机分成硫酸镁和可必特联合吸入组、单用可必特吸入组,采用同样的临床护理方法．观察两组患儿咳嗽、喘息、肺部哮鸣音等临床症状缓解情况．治疗前后的心率、呼吸和血压及住院时间。结果联合用药组总有效率为95％,单药组总有效率为70％．两组疗效相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;且联合用药组住院时间明显少于单药组（P〈0．01）。吸入硫酸镁未出现血压下降等不良反应。结论硫酸镁联合可必特吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效显著,且安全、经济;须重视治疗过程中的观察及护理。
