血管网状细胞瘤的影像学分析

目的：探讨血管网状细胞瘤的CT、MR I影像表现及其诊断方法。方法：观察、追踪、随访我院2004年6月至2009年3月的12例经手术、病理证实为血管网状细胞瘤的病例,并对比其CT和MR I的影像资料。结果：12例病灶均位于幕下,单发10例,多发2例。囊结节型8例,实质型2例,囊实型2例。影像表现为：CT平扫病灶呈等密度或稍高于囊液密度的囊样低密度影,常伴囊腔壁结节和类圆形实质肿块或囊实性肿块。MR I示T1W I高于囊液信号,T2W I呈稍高或等信号,增强检查时壁结节和实质肿块明显强化,并可见流空信号。结论：血管网状细胞瘤有特征性影像学表现,CT及MR I检查对血管网织细胞瘤的定位、定性诊断均有较高的价值。

Objective： To study blood vessel lattice cytoma＇s CT, MRI features and diagnosis method. The Photography performance is： CT sweeps the infection to assume the equilibrium density either to be higher than the pouch fluid density slightly evenly the pouch type low density shade, Chang Bannang the cavity wall tubercle and the kind of circular essence tumour or the pouch solid tumour. MRI shows T1WI to be higher than the pouch fluid signal, T2WI assumes slightly high or the equisignal, the enhancement inspects when the wall tubercle and the substantive tumour obvious strengthening, and flows the spatial signal obviously. Conclusion： The blood vessel lattice cytoma has the characteristic value phantom study photography, CT and the MRI inspection to the network of blood vessels histocyte lump localization, the qualitative diagnosis has the high value.
