| 摘 要： | 本文对45例女性类风湿关节炎（RA）患者进行全身多部位的骨密度（B.M.D.）检查，及血钙、血磷的测定，发现女性RA患者伴有全身多部位不同程度的骨密度下降，尤以松质骨含量丰富的部位为甚。并且病程越长，骨密度下降越明显。因此，早期对RA患者进行骨密度检测对预防及治疗骨质疏松是非常重要的。

| Abstract: | The double-energy density of bone test was carried out in female 45 cases with rheurnatoid arthitis (RA) and serum calcium and serum phosphorous were examined. The results were as follows:the RA female patients had bone mineral density loss in many places,especially the place rich in the spongy hone. The lorlger time with RA,the more loss of bone mineral density' So,it is importment that the patient of RA is examined early with double energy density of bone for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. |
