L-精氨酸对肾性高血压心肌肥厚大鼠孤束核内NOS及左室、主动脉中钙调素含量的影响

目的：观察Ｌ－Ａｒｇ对肾血管性高血压所致心肌肥厚大鼠孤束核ＮＯＳ及主动脉、左室肌ＣａＭ含量的影响。方法：运用组织化学染色显示孤束核ＮＯＳ阳性神经元，并测定光密度作半定量分析，用生化方法测定主动脉和左室肌ＣａＭ活性。结果：８周后Ｌ－Ａｒｇ治疗组孤束核ＮＯＳ含量增加，主动脉及左室肌ＣａＭ活性较２Ｋ１Ｃ组和Ｌ－ＮＡＭＥ治疗组低。结论：Ｌ－Ａｒｇ治疗能逆转心肌肥厚，促进孤束核ＮＯＳ阳性神经元生成，并对主动脉及左室肌ＣａＭ产生积极影响。

Effects of L-Arg on Nitric Oxide Synthase in Nucleus of Solitary Tract and CaM in Aorta and Left Ventricle of Rats with Renovascular Hypertensive Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Objective TO study the effects of L-Arg on nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in nucleus of solitary tract (NST) and calmodulin (CaM ) in aorta and left ventricle of rats with renovascular hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Mothods measure the distribution of NOS in NST by using NADPH diaphorase histochemistry,make semi-quantitative analysis by measuring optical density (OD),measure the activity of CaM in aorta and left ventricle by using biochemical methods. Results After eight weeks with L-Arg treatment, the contents of NOS in NST increased and the activity of CaM in aorta and left ventricle decreased. Conclusion L-Arg treatment can reverse the LVH, promote the growth of NOS-positive neurons and make a positive effect on CaM in aorta and left ventricle.
