| 摘 要： | 2-氨基-5-甲基吡啶经重氮化、水解得到5-甲基-2（1H）-吡啶酮,再与碘苯在CuCl催化下进行N-芳基化反应得到吡非尼酮,总收率50%.

| Abstract: | Pirfenidone was synthesized from 2-amino-5-methylpyridine by diazotization and hydrolysis to give 5-methyl-2 (1H) -pyridone followed by N-phenylation using iodobenzene with an overall yield of 50 %. |
