| 摘 要： | 目的对当前应用组织工程学技术进行阴道重建的研究进展作一综述。方法查阅近年国内外相关文献,总结应用组织工程技术进行阴道重建的研究进展。结果组织工程学为阴道成形术提供了理想的组织衬里,重建的阴道具有与正常阴道相似的形态结构与功能。临床应用组织工程阴道作为阴道成形术衬里对机体无损伤,术后新阴道具有足够的长度与深度,但尚缺乏大量病例观察与长期随访结果。结论应用组织工程学技术进行阴道重建可能具有良好的应用前景,但需要更深入的研究。
