摘    要:目的对脂肪源性干细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)的生化特征、应用进展及前景等进行综述。方法广泛查阅近年关于ADSCs的实验研究及临床研究文献,并进行整理、综合与分析。结果 ADSCs取材方便,易于培养,分化潜能巨大,可在体外稳定增殖传代。ADSCs在动物实验和临床应用中均取得重大进步,已广泛应用于临床进行心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、脑病的治疗及组织工程修复。结论 ADSCs逐渐取代了BMSCs,已成为干细胞研究的重点和热点。

Abstract:Objective To review the biochemical characteristics,application progress,and prospects of the adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs).Methods The recent original experimental and clinical literature about ADSCs was extensively reviewed and analyzed.Results ADSCs can be readily harvested in large numbers from adipose tissue with properties of stable proliferation and potential differentiation in vitro.Significant progress of ADSCs is made in the animal experiment and the clinical application.It has been widely use...
