| 摘 要： | 目的对粘弹性物补充疗法进行全面客观的评价,以提供对其临床疗效的实际判断依据并展望发展趋势与方向。方法查阅国内外文献,重点是国际相关咨询机构和保险公司对粘弹性物补充疗法所做的评估以及临床所进行的循证医学研究。结果粘弹性物补充疗法目前已逐步被接受。尽管临床上对该疗法采用的玻璃酸钠相对分子质量大小、注射剂量及适应证等方面的意见尚未达成共识,但通过关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗骨关节病的方法已获得一致认可。结论 粘弹性物补充疗法是临床治疗骨关节病方法之一。玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节炎和肩周炎疗效已证实,髋关节注射也逐步获得认可,其他小关节注射正逐步展开。
