| 摘 要： | 目的对构建组织工程骨软骨复合体的相关研究进展进行综述,讨论构建中存在的不足。方法广泛查阅近年来国内外有关组织工程骨软骨复合体构建研究的相关文献,并对新进展进行综述。结果构建组织工程骨软骨复合体的体内研究较多,将不同组织来源的MSCs作为种子细胞是研究热点;单相支架的应用受到限制,双相和三相支架的研究是新趋势;生物反应器的设计和性能还需进一步优化。结论构建组织工程骨软骨复合体将有望成为一种治疗软骨缺损的具有潜力的方法。
