2型糖尿病患者慢性牙周炎龈下菌群分析

目的 :比较 2型糖尿病 (DM )慢性牙周炎与非糖尿病慢性牙周炎的龈下菌群 ,为牙周炎的防治提供参考。方法 :厌氧菌培养、PCR检测技术。结果 :①糖尿病慢性牙周炎与非糖尿病慢性牙周炎患者临床指标无明显差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。②糖尿病慢性牙周炎的龈下菌群与非糖尿病慢性牙周炎相似 ,以厌氧菌为主 ,兼有少量口腔链球菌 ;产黑色素类杆菌、核梭杆菌、二氧化碳噬纤维菌、中间普氏菌为牙周优势菌 (P <0 .0 1)。③糖尿病慢性牙周炎的龈下菌群厌氧菌总数、口腔链球菌总数、口腔乳杆菌及核梭杆菌数量少于非糖尿病慢性牙周炎者。结论 :2型糖尿病慢性牙周炎与非糖尿病慢性牙周炎龈下菌群相似 ,致病菌数量低于非糖尿病牙周炎患者。

Subginginival flora analysis of chronic periodontitis patients with type-2 DM

Objective:To provide reference for prevention and treating periodontitis by comparing the subgingival flora of type-2 DM patients of chronic periodontitis with non-DM periodontitis.Method: Samples were taken from 64 diseased-teeth of 64 patients,21health-teeth of 21 normal people. Patients were taken from chronic periodontitis patients with type-2 DM and chronic periodontits patients with non-DM. A isolated cultivation of subgingival plaque samples was performed by a anaerobe non-selected media and other selective media. The P.intermedia(P.i) of the black colony in the non-selective media was detected by PCR. Result: When the sex,age,clinical marker including PLI,GI,BOP,PD,AL were not significantly different, the constituents of subgingival flora of the type-2 DM patients with chronic periodontitis were similar to those of the non-DM chronic periodontits patients; the superiority germ of type-2 DM patients was the anaerobe, specially black germs, F.n, P.i, and Capnocytophaga(P<0.01);the amount of total anaerobe, total Streptococcus spp, Lactobacillus,and F.n was fewer in chronic periodontitis with type-2 DM patients(P<0.05,0.05,0.01,0.01). Conclusion: The subgingival flora of type-2 DM patients with chronic periodontitis are similar to those of the non-DM chronic periodontitis patients, the amount of pathogenic germs is fewer in chronic periodontitis with type-2 DM patients.
