益气回阳注射液对心肺复苏后大鼠血丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶的影响

摘    要:目的观察益气回阳注射液对心脏骤停大鼠心肺复苏后血丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法将50只清洁级雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组,即正常对照组、模型组、肾上腺素组、益气回阳组和中西药合用组,每组10只。复制心脏骤停模型,在自主循环恢复30 min后测定血MDA、SOD。结果模型组MDA含量高于正常对照组(P<0.01),SOD含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);肾上腺素组、益气回阳组治疗后血SOD的含量高于正常对照组(P<0.01),MDA含量低于正常对照组(P<0.01),中西药合用组改善程度优于其它各组(P<0.01)。结论益气回阳注射液能减轻心脏骤停后血中MDA的生成,增加SOD活性,对心肺复苏后再灌注损伤有一定的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of Yiqihuiyang injection on the level of Malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in rats after cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods 50 clean male Wistar rats were randomly assigned into nomal control group,model group,Epinephrin group,Yiqihuiyang group and combined Chinese and western medicine group with 10 rats in each group respectivelly.The levels of blood MDA and SOD were measured in each group.Results The level of MDA was significantly higher and the level of SOD was significantly lower in model group than that in control group(P<0.01).The level of MDA was significantly lower and SOD level was significant higher than that in model group(P<0.01).Conclusions Yiqihuiyang injection may attenuate reperfusion injury after CPR through reducing MDA and increasing SOD activity.
