大肠水疗配合康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效

目的观察大肠水疗配合康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）临床疗效。方法将40例患者随机分成两组各20例，治疗组予大肠水疗后康复新液保留灌肠，对照组予康复新液传统灌肠，均予14d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程。结果临床症状疗效总有效率治疗组为85％，对照组为60％，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），结肠镜疗效、组织学疗效总有效率治疗组均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论大肠水疗配合康复新液保留灌肠治疗UC疗效优于传统灌肠治疗。

Clinical efficacy observation of colon hydrotherapy combined with Kangfuxin retention enema for ulcerative colitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of colon hydrotherapy combined with Kangfuxin retention enema rehabilitation treatment for ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups , each 20 cases. The treatment group applied the Kangfuxin retention enema after colon hydrotherapy, but the control group patients applied Kangfuxin retention enema only. Both obtained two course treatment , 14 days for a course. Results Clinical efficacy total effective rate of the treatment group was 85% , 65% of the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the total effective of colonoscopy effect and the histological effect in the treatment group were higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Colon hydrotherapy combined with Kangfuxin treatment was more effective than the traditional enema treatment.
