内镜直视下置人支架治疗食管贲门狭窄疗效观察

目的：探讨内镜直视下置入支架治疗食管贲门狭窄的临床疗效。方法：对75例患者经内镜送入导引钢丝，通过狭窄部位后退出胃镜，由支架输送器在狭窄处放入支架。术后根据Stooler分级标准评价疗效。结果：全部患者置入支架后吞咽困难迅速得到缓解，术后0级52例(69．3％)，1级12例(16．O％)，2级11例(14．7％)，总有效率100％。较大溃疡浸润型患者及高位食管狭窄患者置入支架效果均佳。结论：内镜直视下置入食管贲门支架为治疗食道贲门狭窄的安全、有效、便捷的方法。

An Observation on Effect On Stent Insertion with the help of the endoscope to cure the esophagus and cardia stricture

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating the stricture of esophagus cardia by inserting a stent with the help of endoscope. Methods: First, insert a leading steel wire through the stricture section with the help of an endoscope, and then withdrow the endoscope. Second, place a stent in the stricture section by a conveyor. Third, evaluate the clinical efficacy according to the stooler grades after operations. Results: the difficulty in swallowing greatly of all the patients. Of the 75 patients, 52 cases(69.3%) were Grade 0, 12 cases (16.0%) were Grade 1, and 11 cases (14.7%) were Grade 2. The total efficacy of treatment has been 100% recently. The results are satisfactory in tyeatment of both larger ulcer infiltration and higher esophagus stricture. Coclusions: Inserting a stent in esophagus and cardia with the help of an endoscope is a safty, efficacious and convenient method in treatment of the stricture of esophagus cardia.
