显露喉返神经在甲状腺再手术中的应用体会

目的:探讨甲状腺再次手术中解剖显露喉返神经(RLN)对预防其损伤的作用。方法:回顾分析了本科2006年1月-2011年12月26例甲状腺再手术患者的临床资料,分析在手术中有计划显露RLN导致损伤并发症的发生率。结果:手术中有计划显露RLN未出现永久损伤并发症,暂时性损伤1例。结论:甲状腺再手术中有计划显露RLN,可以预防或避免医源性RLN永久性损伤。

Application Experience of Expose Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve in the Thyroid Operation Again

Objective：To discuss the effect of anatomically revealing the recurrent laryngeal nerves （RLNs） during the thyroid reoperations on preventingthe RLNs from injury.Method：The clinical data of 26 cases of the patients who were performed the thyroid reoperations from Jan.2006 to Dec.2011 in ourdepartment were analyzed,to find how often the complications with RLN injury occurred during the thyroid reoperations with the plan of revealing RLNs.Result：No complications with RLN persistent damage occurred and only one complication with RLN temporary injury occurred during the thyroid reoperations with theplan of revealing RLNs.Conclusion：The thyroid reoperation with the plan of revealing RLN can prevent RLNs from iatrogenic persistent injury.
